The agreements for using Firmissimo, in plain language.

Who
Firmissimo is a service of Friction Films BV, Aragonstraat 1/2, 2500 Lier, company and VAT number BE 0550.974.252, RLE Antwerp, Mechelen division, email info@firmissimo.eu. Firmissimo is meant for businesses and self-employed people, for their professional activity. By creating an account you confirm that you act in that capacity. These terms apply to everyone with an account.
Your agreement
You agree to these terms when you create an account. We keep which version you accepted. The terms exist in Dutch, French, English, German and Arabic; if they differ, the Dutch text applies.
What Firmissimo does
We help you describe your business clearly, publish with your permission a business page in a form that AI assistants and search engines read easily, and measure every month whether AI assistants name your business.
What we do not promise
AI assistants choose their own answers, and those change. So we do not promise a position, a recommendation or extra customers. What we measure, we show honestly and with a date.
Changes
We keep improving Firmissimo. A change that affects you adversely, or a price change, is announced at least 30 days in advance by email, with the reason. If you do not agree, you can cancel free of charge before the change takes effect; you then get back the unused part of your paid period.
Your content, your responsibility
Only what you confirm goes online. Make sure it is correct and that you have the right to use your logo, texts, images and video. You remain the owner; you give us the right to store, process and show them while your account runs.
Content that is not allowed, and reporting
A business page must not contain illegal, misleading, hateful or infringing content. Anyone can report a business page with the 'Report this page' link at the bottom or via info@firmissimo.eu, with the link and the reason. We review every report carefully and without undue delay. If we take content offline or restrict an account, we tell the business why and how it can respond. Point of contact for users and authorities: info@firmissimo.eu, in Dutch, French or English.
Questions from visitors: processing on your behalf
Questions that visitors send through your business page are processed on your behalf: you are responsible for them, we are your processor (GDPR, Article 28). We use them only to store and deliver them to you, keep them confidential and secure, use only the services in the privacy statement, help you when a visitor exercises their rights, report a data breach without undue delay, delete them after 12 months or when you stop, and give you the information to check this.
Price and payment
You choose a monthly, quarterly or yearly subscription and pay in advance. You can cancel at any time; your subscription then runs until the end of the paid period. Prices on the website exclude VAT.
Stopping
You can always take your business page offline yourself. If your subscription ends, your basic page stays online for free and you can keep editing it; the paid parts (measurements, website checks, photos, video and service explanations) stop. Once a year we ask you to confirm the page is still right, as described in the privacy statement under 'Stopping'. If you stop using Firmissimo altogether, we delete your data as described there. We may suspend or close an account in case of abuse, after a warning, except in case of serious or unlawful abuse.
Liability
We do our best to make Firmissimo work well and securely, but cannot promise it always works without interruption. We are not liable for what AI assistants or other services say about your business, nor for indirect damage. Our liability is limited to what you paid in the past 12 months. This limit does not apply to intent, fraud or gross negligence on our part.
Law
Belgian law applies. In a dispute we first look for a solution together; if that fails, the courts of Antwerp, Mechelen division, have jurisdiction.
